4 x 6 Garden Buddy

Old Bob has found another solution to your storage needs. If you have a small lot, or restrictive codes in your neighborhood the Garden Buddy could be just what you need. It will not blow away or rot it can sit nestled close to your home and be painted or stained blend into your home and best of all you do not have to build it. We also offer vinyl siding as an option to blend perfectly with your home. Floor dimension 4' x 6' other size's available.

8 x 12 400 Series

Old Bobs 8 x 12 400 series has 4' side walls with the barn ( gambrel) roof and the overall height is 8'6". It also has a 2' shelf on the back wall and a vent.

10 x 12 Polaris

Old Bobs 10 x 12 Polaris has six foot sidewalls and features the classic gable roof. The ramp is optional, it comes standard with one gable vent this customer opted for an extra vent on the front gable. It is available in lap siding as well as a variety of colors in vinyl siding. Overall height 9'5"

10 x 12 Gambrel 600 Series

The 10 x 12 600 Series has a six foot side wall and the classic barn roof (gambrel) for the most storage space in the loft. Overall height is 11'6" ground to peak.

10' x 12' 2 - Story Gambrel

Of course we build all styles and sizes of buildings, this gambrel roof model has extra tall 8' sidewalls making the buildings overall height 13'6". One reason many people choose this model is because certain neighborhoods and townships do not allow buildings larger than 120 sq. ft. With this model you are spared the headaches of permits and you gain a tremendous amount of overhead loft storage. The model shown had the door put on the side of the building, and had an optional window added.

10' x 12' Carriage House

Our 10' x 12' Carriage House comes with one window a 4' loft and a vent. The model shown in the photo had an optional window added and a 4 x 4 permanent ramp.

Features of Perma-last Premium Buildings:

1. 5/8" Pressure treated floor deck with pressure treated floor joists spaced every 12".

2. 5/8 Pressure treated Pine siding that has been kiln dried after treatment.

3. All exterior trim is wood and is pressure treated.

4. All Perma-last Premium buildings carry a lifetime warranty against rot and termite damage.

5. We use heavy duty steel strap hinges for our doors, unlike the continuous hinge often seen on today's mass produced buildings. The steel hinges costs us more but we have learned through years in the business a higher cost is easier to explain than poor quality.

6. All Perma-last buildings come with a vent and a starter loft, any options are up to the you and are simply cosmetic, not structural, we build the building to meet code which saves you the hidden cost upgrades.

7. Take a walk in your neighborhood, if you live in a new development study your parent’s neighborhood. Buildings rot from the ground up, look at the buildings, the siding is rotting from the ground up, no matter if it has a 25-year warranty skin or if it has a 25-year warranty. (Period) We use treated wood, why? Because buildings will rot from the ground up and if you plan on living in your home five years or longer your home value will not diminish because you have a storage building that needs to be demolished because of decay...We use the same treatment process that is used in foods the EPA approves, that’s not that bad...I would not recommend eating our structures but I would say if they EPA approves them for human consumption then they may be pretty good, add some Cayenne...OB
