One reason many people choose this model is because certain neighborhoods and townships do not allow buildings larger than 120 sq. ft. With this model you are spared the headaches of permits and you gain a tremendous amount of overhead loft storage. All exterior trim is wood and is pressure treated.

4. All Perma-last Premium buildings carry a lifetime warranty against rot and termite damage.

5. We use heavy duty steel strap hinges for our doors, unlike the continuous hinge often seen on today's mass produced buildings. The steel hinges costs us more but we have learned through years in the business a higher cost is easier to explain than poor quality.

6. All Perma-last buildings come with a vent and a starter loft, any options are up to the you and are simply cosmetic, not structural, we build the building to meet code which saves you the hidden cost upgrades.

7. Take a walk in your neighborhood, if you live in a new development study your parent’s neighborhood. Buildings rot from the ground up, look at the buildings, the siding is rotting from the ground up, no matter if it has a 25-year warranty skin or if it has a 25-year warranty. (Period) We use treated wood, why? Because buildings will rot from the ground up and if you plan on living in your home five years or longer your home value will not diminish because you have a storage building that needs to be demolished because of decay...We use the same treatment process that is used in foods the EPA approves, that’s not that bad...I would not recommend eating our structures but I would say if they EPA approves them for human consumption then they may be pretty good, add some Cayenne...OB

We offer buildings as small as 4'x6' and as large as 16' x 40' we offer vinyl buildings for neighborhoods that require vinyl and we can customize your building to your specifications. Custom windows and doors, your cottage can be your home. Your play house can be your storage building...You know, we are building a storage/play/hobby shed for you and your children...Not in this particular order, but it could turn full circle. Your children have a play shed, you have a storage building and then your children take this building and make it a storage area and then a play area for your grandchildren and soon forty years have flown by and you your children and your grand children have a bond with a building that will last. OB

Our motto is we forgot to build in obsolescence...

Visit our store to see our various models and options. We also sell wood that is treated in a earth friendly way. We may be Old but then again that is why we are still around...Think earth friendly.

Family owned and operated since 1975
Old Bobs
10896 East US 36
Avon In 46123
Ph:
Email: Oldbob@oldbobs.net
